the wee one's pool report!
He did great! I got him in slowly, standing on the top stair, water up to his knees, then moved him slowly down to the second stair, water up to his chest, which kind of scared him, but I smiled a lot and praised him and he was just fine. Once we moved out into the pool and I held him out, he started kicking and splashing and having a grand old time.I'm so proud of him!
Of course now bath times are going to be a lot wetter for me I think, since he's discovered he likes to splash. =)
He's a natural. He was moving his arms and kicking his legs almost as soon as we got off the stairs. Guess we'll have to do this again soon! Yay!
